Hands down the best pizza in Seattle. Some of the most delicious and creative toppings you’ll see on a pizza... absolutely perfect airy doughy and yet crispy crust... flavorful but not overpowering sauce... delicious and evenly distributed cheese... what more could you want? I am a pizza “enthusiast” and Dantini is legit better than a lot of the pizza I’ve had in Brooklyn. All the guys who work there are so nice, and you can tell they’re passionate about what they do. If you like pepperoni, you’re going to be blown away by their pepperoni caramelized garlic... every time I have it (which is almost every week) it’s like a religious experience. Get it with extra pepp ;) They share a space with Log Cabin Distillery, which has a bar, so I highly recommend eating in or at least getting a drink while you wait for your pie. You can also take your pies next door to Holy Mountain Brewing and enjoy them with some delicious fresh beer. Don’t sleep on their kale salad (they make all their dressings in house), their white pies - which feature a homemade ricotta base that is truly incredible, and lastly their calabrian chili ranch for dipping. If you love pizza, you owe it to yourself to try out this absolute gem!

We’ve had tons of slices all over Seattle and New York and we can definitely say that this is up there with the top pizzas you can eat. We were on a thursday night and took the pizza around 25 minutes made to order. We hung out at holy mountain brewery while we waited next door. We got the pistachio pesto with mortadella ricotta and boy was it good. Never had pistachio pizza and it had a light aromatic fragrance to it without being too heavy. The mortadella balanced well with the ricotta. Even the dough on the pizza was light and airy with a good under carriage that was crispy along with the crust. We even enjoyed the kale salad that we got and normally we don’t even like bleu cheese but all the textures and flavors balanced really well. We’ll definitely be back to try another speciality pizza!!

Absolutely the best pizza in Seattle. The crust has just the right amount of crisp while still having a perfect chew. The garlic confit is a great addition. I don’t usually like pepperoni, but this one is outstanding. There are plenty of vegetarian options, all delicious. The kale salad with buttermilk blue cheese dressing is great- and is a large amount. Dantini is my favorite weekend treat!
